The event centre located on the fifth floor of the new building offers rooms equipped with high-quality technology for organising conferences, seminars, receptions or events.
Two conference halls (“Meloodia” and “Harmoonia”) with all amenities and excellent views may be combined into a hall called “Prelüüd” offering seats for up to 130 people (theatre style seating). In addition to theatre style and classroom style seating, there are many ways how to set up the seating in the hall. We will set up the seating according to the wishes of the client.
The room has large windows and drawable curtains which guarantee the presence of suitable natural light. Contemporary ventilation system and silent air conditioning guarantee a good indoor climate. The lighting fittings are adjustable and guarantee sufficient lighting even during the darker time. The two halls are separated by a soundproof partition. The rent price includes sound amplification and presentation technology.
In addition, the centre has a separate room for having coffee breaks. Restaurant-café “Tartu” takes care of lunches and dinners. After a working day, it is possible to relax in the sauna centre located on the same floor as the conference centre and to rest in a newly renovated hotel room.
HARMOONIA
The cosy conference hall “Harmoonia” overlooking the city accommodates up to 75 people in theatre style seating and up to 50 people in classroom style seating.
